Discover the authentic and surprising coastal routes in northern Ibiza: Getaway Stone, the natural bridge of Cala Aubarca.
This short but very complete experience combines trails through pine forests, impressive cliffs, rocky coastal sections, and crystal-clear waters, offering a varied adventure full of contrasts.
The route begins with a gentle 2 km descent through a Mediterranean landscape surrounded by pine trees and wild nature, leading us to one of the highlights of the hike: the spectacular stone bridge of Cala Aubarca, an incredible natural formation set between huge sea cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean.
From here, we’ll continue exploring the coastline by moving from rock to rock along the sea, in a dynamic and fun section that makes the experience feel much more adventurous and authentic.
Years ago, this area used to be a small sandy beach, but over time and due to natural cliff collapses, the landscape transformed completely, creating the rocky scenery we see today.
Along the route, we’ll find perfect spots to relax, enjoy the views, or take a swim in the crystal-clear waters of Ibiza’s north coast, if conditions allow.
The hike finishes with the ascent back up, completing a short but highly varied experience — ideal for those looking to combine nature, sea, exploration, and some of the island’s wildest landscapes in a single adventure.
